EXPERIENCE
General Experience
Mr. Sokoloff has more than 30 years experience
in the design and construction of major projects
as contractor, construction engineer, program/project
manager and prime consultant on both public
and private sector projects. Project types
include: schools, hi-rise buildings, institutions,
warehouses, special foundations, airports,
marine structures, mass transit stations,
bridges, site work, parks and playgrounds.
Forensics Experience
MR. Sokoloff is the President of CTS Group
which has provided support to the legal
community involving NY State Labor Law
and OSHA statutes. Expertise includes technical
investigations, analysis, reports, code
compliance evaluations, as well as testimony
and expert witness in the areas of civil/structural
engineering, construction accidents, material
defects, construction claims and personal
injury.
